Position Overview
As a Music Production Studio Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our studio. Your responsibilities will span across music production, office management, personal assistance, gear maintenance, studio room upkeep, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in music production, familiarity with software such as Logic Pro X and Ableton Live, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the production team to assist in music production tasks, including setting up equipment, recording sessions, and post-production editing.
Manage and organize digital files, ensuring efficient file naming, storage, and backup processes.
Provide general office management support, including scheduling appointments, managing communication, and maintaining supplies.
Assist in personal tasks to support studio executives, such as arranging travel, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Contribute to social media management by creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with the online community.
Take an active role in maintaining the studio rooms and gear, ensuring a clean, organized, and inspiring environment for creativity.
Qualifications
Proficiency in music production software, particularly Logic Pro X and Ableton Live.
Strong familiarity with Mac computers and related software tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and a systematic approach to file management.
Basic video editing skills and a creative eye for social media content is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in office management, personal assistance, or gear maintenance is a plus.
A genuine passion for music and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
